From 8-11 July 2026, Yacht Club de Monaco is organising the 13th Monaco Energy Boat Challenge, supported by the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, UBS, BMW and SBM Offshore. An outdoor laboratory of innovation that remains focused on sustainable propulsion technologies, the 2026 edition gathers 43 teams representing 21 nationalities from Europe, North America, the Middle East and Africa, all working towards a common goal to speed up the energy transition in yachting.

From 8 to 11 July 2026, the Yacht Club of Monaco will host the 13th edition of the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge in Monaco. This international event is dedicated to sustainable propulsion technologies and is organised with the support of the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, UBS, BMW and SBM Offshore.

Organised by the Yacht Club of Monaco, with the support of the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, UBS, BMW and SBM Offshore, the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge has, for more than a decade, established itself as an open-air laboratory dedicated to sustainable maritime innovation. Its 13th edition, scheduled from 8 to 11 July 2026, will once again highlight the growing role of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in the energy transition of the maritime sector.
