Job Forum #energyboatchallenge

Introduced in 2019, the Job Forum was launched to create opportunities between students and those in the boat industry.
Throughout the week of the Challenge there are networking opportunities through Job Dating. In 2019, companies like Torqeedo, Energy Observer & Azzura Marine met talented young students and offered them internships or employment.

With the yachting industry’s growing need to find highly specialised engineering talents to develop new concepts and ideas, the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge initiated a Job Forum to strengthen the link between engineering students and the yachting industry.

Linkedin Group

An exclusive LinkedIn group has been created to facilitate the conversation between engineering students and yachting industry professionals.

We would like to invite you to join our private LinkedIn group. We will be posting our weekly Student Spotlight on individual students!

Job Dating

This new and exciting format is a networking program that matches job seekers with businesses looking for candidates.
During the event, a session will be organized to allow participants to network with professionals and kickstart their career in the yachting industry.

Throughout the year, online exchanges are organized to help participants develop new ideas. These moments of sharing are the essence of the event, as evidenced by the organization of “webinars”, free online technical discussions led by professionals and open to all. These meetings maintain a valuable link between professionals and candidates, allowing them to have constant access to new information and thus feed their experience.
